Hi! I hold a Philippine passport going to Guangzhou for a 2-day leisure trip. Do I need to apply for visa? Or the 72-hr free transit applies? Thank you

No, you cannot enjoy 72 hr free transit. You need to apply for a visa for that beforehand.
