VOA at Lo Wu for NZ passport holders

I've been told that NZ passport holders hv to apply for a visa PRIOR to arriving at Shenzhen. My family are coming to visit (their 1st time to HK) and I want to take them to SZ for the day. When I arrived in HK and went up to SZ, I applied for a VOA at Lo Wu without any problems - have things changed or can they still get one without applying for it back in NZ.

Kiw, they can get Shenzhen VOA without applying for it back in NZ. No need to worry!

Maybe you can try to call the Luohu Port to ask about this, and the telephone: (0755)82324022. If you cannot get the Shenzhen VOA,you should apply for visa beforehand for that then. Good luck!
