About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I wiil go to Beijing on 13 October 2017, can I submit the application form on 28 august 2017? Is is too early?

One can make the application 3 months prior to his/her trip, but usually, one is advised to apply one month prior to the trip. You can do that in Sep., and it won't be too early then.
