About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

What requirement I need to apply visa for mainland china?

I've been traveling in hongkong -Macau last April and I'm planning to go back to hongkong Macau and also Shenzhen mainland . I am a Philippines passport holder and A permanent residence in Japan. Thank you

If you will make the application from Japan, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit in Japan, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
