What time of year is the best time to visit these cities - considering crowds & weather?

Chengdu, Leshan Giant Buddha, Xi'an - Luoyang - Longmen Grottoes - Shaolin Monastery - Zhengzhou - Wuhan - Jiujiang - Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) - Taizhou - Shanghai - Beijing

Spring and Autumn are best seasons to visit most cities in China, where the weather is not too cold or hot. These two seasons include April-June and August-October. So go to these places during the mentioned period and do avoid National Day Holiday on Oct. 1-7.
