As I know, it may take 300-350HKD and 40 minutes.

You may take Disneyland Resort Line from Disneyland Resort to Sunny Bay Station. Then you can catch Tung Chung Line to Nam Cheong Station. Afterwards, you may transfer West Rail Line to Hung Hom Station and take East Rail Line to Mong Kok East Station, Exit D. Then you just need to walk about 100 meters ahead to your hotel. The whole trip may take around 50 minutes at a cost of HK$23.6/person.
