I´ve been study for one year in Beijing, and now i want to travel in China. 1. What special documents do i need for a tourist L type?2. How much is the fee in total for the expedited service?3. Can a Cuban citizen apply for this L type in Moscow?

You need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence pemit or valid visa in Moscow and the copy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.2. You should pay RUB3,700 for three-day express service; RUB4,500 for one-day rush service. 3. It's possible for you to do that in Moscow.
