Do you think I can extend the L type in Shanghai?

Hi there, I am in an L type (60 days) but it will finish on 2nd of September. I want to extend my L type for 30 days because I have applied for a visa in AU (online) and is delayed.
Do you think I can extend it in Shanghai?
Do I need bank statement which says I have enough money to stay in China for 30 more days (with 100$ / day) or Do I have to pay 100$/ day for 30 days?
