Is it possible to buy City Sightseeing Bus tickets online, or do I have to got personally to the first stop ( Urban Planning Exhibition Center ) ?

I'm afraid it is not easy to get the ticket online. I suggest you just walk to the bus stop and buy a ticket at the ticket booth nearby. I also heard it is fine to get a ticket from the driver directly.
