06/28/62: My question is regarding my health...

Lately I have been having tremors and my left hand seems very weak..I am really worried if I am coming down with an illness..Please tell me about my health.I have also been offered another job,should I go ahead and take this job and leave the job that I have been working for 13 years going onto 14 years.. I am also getting a pay cut in my new job..It's paying less than the job I am in now..please advise me about my health and job, will really appreciate.

You should go to the hospital to take some physical exams. Your health luck is not so good in 2017. Don't ignore the problems in your body condition.
Your career luck is pretty good this year, you could consider changing a job if the new one could offer better pay increase every year.
