China trip - Business

If i am travelling to china for 6-7 days for business i will need a M type? I have a few criminal convictions from 14-18 years ago and went to jail for 2 months. Not a serious charge. Should i tick no on visa application and take chance or should i declare it all? Driving charges.. 1 minor fraud and a burglary 14-18 years ago. Any feedback would be helpful. I'm from NZ

Hi, you need to apply for a business M type for that. You should tell the consular officers truthfully if they ask you about this.
