I have 15 hours transit in Guangzhou, Do I need any visa to get to see around the city?

If you meet the requirements of the 24 hr direct transit in there, you don't need to apply for a visa for that. But you may be required to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at Guangzhou. Afterwards, you explore the city freely.
