About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-hour free transit at the immigration

I am Netherland citizen plan to visit Guangzhou and Nanning for 72hour (3day). Can I apply for 72-hour free transit at the immigration

No it doesn't work as Nanning is Guangxi province and you're not allowed to leave Guangdong province.
