Transportation Card at the PVG Maglev Train station

Can I buy the Transportation Card directly at the Maglev Train station ticket office at PVG or do I need to buy it somewhere else?

No, you can't buy the transportation card at Maglev station. You can buy it in the Customer Service Center of metro line 2 in the airport.
