About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-hour-free transit in Qingdao

My flight will arrive at 8.50am at Qingdao from Seoul on a Monday. My flight depart out from Qingdao to Malaysia is at 4.05pm on the Thursday.

I assumed that a visa is not required as the 72 hours are calculated from 00:01 the following day of the entry date to the scheduled departure time in Qingdao. Could you please confirm that a entry permit is then not required for my travel.
