About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hour visa from HK to Shenzhen

Hi
Do I need a 72 hour visa for a 2 day trip to Shekou using the HK ferry terminal to Shekou port ferry terminal ?

You need to apply for Shenzhen VOA at a cost of CNY 130 at Shekou Port to do the trip. The 72h is only for transit passengers and it has been extended to 240-hour. If you plan your itinerary like HK - Shekou, Shenzhen - the third country or region except for HK like Macau, then you can apply for the 240-h visa free transit without a cost.
