what itinerary can you recommednd to visit in nanjing for two days with one overningt

My husband and I are visiting the city  leaving Shanghai on Friday morning and have to be at the Pudong Airport before 10:00 pm on Saturday.  Please advice for the best itinerary, to get most of our time to see the attractions and time to relax and enjoy the food as well.
