I will purchase train ticket from changsha to guilinm, can I get ticket by myself in Shanghai?

Yes, you can collect them in Shanghai but you need to pay an extra CNY5 per ticket in cash at the stations in Shanghai as a service fee. If you do it in Changsha, it is for free then.
