white cloud mountain

hello. i already read information from many web but suddenly i got confused.
First, i have a question about the way to go to the mountain. i imagine the route will be like this

1)take a bus/ subway to the foot of mountain
2)walk to the plum garden around 1km (mostly steps) or 2km (mostly flat)
3)arrive at the park
4)if i want to go to mountain so i can take a cable car
5) go down with cable car and walk again for subway/ bus.

or it will be like this

1)take a subway to the foot of mountain then walk to the garden around 1km/2km
Or if I want to enter the park, I can take the bus that go straight to the park without walk
2)if i want to go to mountain so i can take a cable car
3) go down with cable car and walk again for subway/ bus.

can i know which one is true?

Second, I read an information from travel chinese guide : White Cloud Mountain (Baiyun Mountain)

I saw there is a sightseeing bus. Can I know where I can take the sightseeing bus? At the plum garden?

And I saw that there is a lot of attraction place. Like yuntai garden and bird spring valley park. How I can go to each other attraction place?

I’m sorry for a lot of question but I can’t imagine .i try to search a map but can’t find it. I want to go there around 6 hours and I want to arrange the place first so I will not waste any place
