Can tourist visa apply for a working Z type after obtain a job in china while under tourist L type

Now you can do that in China. Transfer from Tour L type to Z type if you find a job while you are in China. BUT, the working process of Foreign Employment Admin is way longer than you expected, your L type is probably not long enough to wait for that!!!4
