Flight Hong Kong-Guangzhou-Paris

Hi everyone !

I booked a GZ-Paris flight as my return flight to France (I've been in China for 2 months already), and I wanted to visit Hong Kong. So if I take a Hong Kong-GZ flight on the same day as my GZ-Paris flight, do I need a visa for the transit ?
