About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hi, I am travelling to London from Hong Kong and has a transit at Peking for 2h 30 mins at T3.

Do I need to have transit visa as I am a Nepalese Passport holder but has a Hong Kong Identity card?
