About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

British passport travel from Philippines to Shanghai

I am a British passport holder and plan to travel from Philippines to Shanghai to Hong Kong returning to Philippines.

Can I use the 144 transit visa for visiting Shanghai? Thank you
