How can I check departure times for a Tongli Day Trip from Hongkou?

Are there many departures per day?
The website is not opening in my browser and I do not kspeak chinese.

As I know, the bus from Hongkou is not in service.
As a result, you can take a taxi to SH Long-Distance Bus Station. Then you may catch a direct coach to Tongli. This bus operates from 07:00 to 18:15 with the interval of about 35-55 minutes. The ticket fare is CNY36/person.
