Do I have to buy the bus tickets from Hangzhou to Tongli and Tongli to Shanghai in advance?

Or can I buy those on arrival at the bus station? If yes, what is the best website to buy the ticket?

You can buy the bus ticket on the spot since the website has only Chinese.
