Where can I find money exchange at this early hour?

If you will arrive at T1, you are suggested to go to the No.9, 10, 11 Gate of Arriving Area; if you will arrive at T2, you can go to the Concourse or the place between No.26 and 27 Baggage Reclaim Area. As I know, there is a bank available at the time.
