Layover in China (Two TIMES)

I have a LAYOVER in Beijing, China for 18 Hours in my way from LAX to Singapore and then 14 days later from (NEW DELHI to LAX) same airline AIRCHINA for other 10 hours; is it possible to benefit from this policy twice?
