About:Year of the Rat

Dealing with money: I'm a female rat born on dec 16 1996.

Im trying to apply for this financial aids program for my school. I want to know if I will get approved for it. I'm hoping they will reconsidered and lend me the money, so I can pay for my school tutuition.

If by September you won't get approved for financial help, you may need to wait for next year.
