About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

Does Ice and Snow World open on Sept. 2017?

And what's other attraction place for that month?

As I know, it won’t open at that time. The opening time is from late Dec to next early March.
You are suggested to visit St. Sophia's cathedral, Central Street, and Sun Island Park.
