Business M type for Australian

Hello :)
Do you know the best place to apply for a Business M type for an Australian? I've been successful at applying for an F type
in Ho Chi Mihn previously, but would like to know where would be the best place after the recent changes?

Katie, you can make the application from the CVASC where your living area belongs to.
