I prolonged work permit in a new passport

Hello, I prolonged my work permit in my new passport, I am citizen of Ukraine we can have two passports. Old permit is in old passport was cancelled, how should I leave the country? Because mainland entrance was made by old passport and entrance stamp is in the old passport? Will they put the stamp that I left the country in a new or old passport?
