About:China Visa Mail Service

I live in FL and cannot travel to Houston to deliver my visa application.

However, I have family in NY. Can I send them my application and have them deliver it to the consulate in NY on my behalf, or do I have to go through an agency?

Alyssa, you can find your family to do that on your behalf to submit the application.
