Late October can be the best time to visit Jiuzhaigou because it will not be crowded then and you could see mountains of colorful leaves. Jiuzhaigou would be pretty cold in the morning and at night with the temperature of 10-25C. You should prepare some down coats and some long-sleeve clothes.1
