Best way to get from Hong Kong Airport to Best Western Felicity hotel in Shenzhen

Hello, what route would you recommend to get from Hong Kong International airport to the Best Western Felicity, 1085 Heping Rd, Luohu Qu? I wanted to take the ferry and then the subway, but my flight arrives at 7:20am and the ferries don't start until 9? What is the easiest way to make this journey using public transport please?
