I'm Indonesian, w/ flight South Korea - Indonesia & transit in Beijing, do I get a 24-hr visa free?

My passport is Indonesian and I will be going from South Korea (ICN) back to Indonesia (CGK). My transit will be around 15 hours in Beijing. Am I elligible for the 24-Hr- direct transit in China?
