Hi, I am Italian and I got a working visa for Hong Kong.

Me and my boyfriend(who is from Argentina), after two years of relationship, one month ago registered officially ourselves as couple at the municipality. So we have an official document stating we are a couple since 2 years and we got rights and duties ( as a marriage).
Can I ask for a spouse visa for him?

Ps: when I filled the form for my working visa we were not registered yet officially, so I could not complete the "spouse permit form"...
