I will go to Hongkong airport from border Lok Ma Chau ,what MTR I should take? Tx

I don't think MTR is a good way to head for HKIA because it will detour. Here is my suggestion:
take East Rail Line to Sheung Shui, then transfer to bus no. A43. It will directly take you to HKIA withinh 50min.1
