ticket collection in Shanghai

I have booked ticket from SH to Quzhou.
can i collect the ticket in your ticket office - Xuhui district, one day before trip?

which ticket office is the nearest to this hotel ?
Courtyard Xujiahui HOTEL

If i take taxi from hotel to station, where i should stop ?
Is it on WEST building of Hongqiao station ?

As I know, you can ask the driver to send you to the entrance of the railway station, then you just need to enter the station and collect your ticket at the ticket office.
