Fatima, if it is a paid internship, I’m afraid you need to convert your current visa into a work Z type for that.
You should first prepare those documents including your passport, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, registration form of temporary residence, alien employment permit and other required documents. Then, submit the application to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.

Thx Alan for replying!
It's not paid internship, I cover all by my own money too.
So can I extend the Visa for unpaid internship??

You can have a try, but I'm afraid you still need to apply for a work Z type as the internship lasts for 6 months.
