About:Guangzhou to Hong Kong Train

My family and i will be arriving to guangzhou on oct 28. But we want to go to hk on the 31 oct-

Is it very hard to get a train tickets on the oct 31 guangzhou to hk and nov 2 hk to guangzhou? Thank you

The dates are during Canton Fair, the ticket availability did very hard to say. Maybe it would be better to book a seat in advance.
