Shenzhen pass upon arrival for filipino

I will be traveling to hongkong this coming Tuesday, I also wanted to have a visit in shenzhen china, is it possible for me to obtain a pass to shenzen upon arrival?

Michael, I'm afraid you cannot get Shenzhen VOA. You are advised to apply for a visa beforehand.
