Transfer from Hongqiao Airport to People's Square.

Our flight arrives at 10:00 AM with Hainan Airlines.
We are two people with luggage and want to get to Peoples Square to our Hotel. We think that the easiest way is to take a taxi. Where do we get the taxi ? What is the approximate cost ? How long does it take ? Is this a metered taxi ?
