Hello, My employer has applied the Work permit for China - Beijing,
It's been 40 days since the documents was submitted. is it normal ?

Same issue with my work permit too.. its been nearly 3months since my employer filed the application... Now they have come up new requirement to legalize my Degree certificate..

Me too, he asks me at the beginning to equalize my diploma.
But the question that arises. Is there a delay for all applications for work permits or for some cases like us.
Because on the sites they state that the work permit procedures takes about 2 weeks.

As far as I know, if you haven’t submitted all the required documents, then you cannot get the work permit, so the real application process may be longer than 2 weeks. The thing you need to do now is submit the document your employer requires.
