hi,i was studying my bachelor self paid in nanjing,

during the last year of.my major my father business went bad and he couldnt afford to pay the school fees or bring me back home.i overstay my visa for a year now waiting for my folks to pull through,i am ready to leave china.

Can you guys tell me if its possible for me to continue and finish my major without living china?

If it is not possible ,how much would be the fines and what will i be facing as i am ready to leave china.

I’m afraid it is impossible. You should report your situation to the local police and then pay the fine, about CNY500 per day, but the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. Afterwards, apply for an exit pass to leave China.
