About:China Work Visa

Hi, My employer has applied the Work permit for China - Beijing,

Its been 3 months since the documents was submitted. They have come back several times requesting multiple documents like Police clearance certificate etc. Just few days back my employer told me that the embassy has asked to get my Degree certificate legalized.

Is it true? Do we need to legalize our education certificate? Can you please help with the new requirements if at all it has changed recently.

You need your degree certificate and other certificates issued from India to be notarized from Chinese embassy in India. You can ask your company to give you a list of all the certificates to be notarized
