Im Canadian looking at the following itineraries. please advise if these work for visa free travel.

arrive in Shanghai .. stay 3 days. fly to tokyo for 13 days fly back to shangahi and leave same day
other option is
arrive in Shanghai .. stay 3 days. fly to tokyo for 10 days fly to Beijing stay for 3 days and leave for Toronto

any information would be helpful
