About:China Work Visa

Hi, I have got a job in China, but I'm worried about my diploma certificate,

I've graduated in a private university in Europe, so I got an undergraduate diploma which is professionally recognise as a bachelor degree with high level of education in my major, although in my certificate it's only written "diploma'. Can I get the working Z type as well?
If not, is there any other way to get a visa or resident permit that allows to work in China if my parents and relatives have chinese passport but I have a foreigner passport?

Mima, you can still give it a try. If you want to work in China, a work Z type is necessary.
