About:Hong Kong Visa Application
Is there any way that I can apply for HKG Visa in Shanghai, China for 3 weeks of processing at most?

Kevin, as far as I know, if you submit the application to Beijing office of HK government and the application is transferred to HK immigration department, it may take 4 to 6 weeks and there is no express service. If the application is processed by Beijing office, you may get the result within 5 working days.0
