About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Can I get through check in at Capital Airport

I have an air china flight from tokyo to delhi with 20 hr stopover in beijing .I have a valid chinese visa
1. Can I get through check in i.e. luggage arrives directly in delhi
2. whether through check in passengers are allowed to go out of airport

Hello, do you use Air China for the whole trip? If yes, you can have the check-in through service at Tokyo, then it is no need to reclaim luggage at PEK. Since your layover is less than 24h, it is fine to leave the airport, but you have to apply for a stay permit at the immigration counter with your onward boarding pass.
