Canadian BRITISH passport holder

Dual passport holder need China single visit visa in uk on Canadian passport. Is this ok? Fee? Correct Phone no of Chinese Consulate in UK

If you are Canadian in the first place, then it is ok. It usually costs 121 pounds in person.
